With Faberiapt you can rest assured that your personal information will never be rented, sold, or otherwise shared with any third party. Of course, this excludes the sharing of your shipping address with one of our shipping providers (including but not limited to): EMS，USPS, UPS, OSM Worldwide, and ePost Global International. This also excludes the transmitting of your credit card information (fully encrypted) to our credit card processor, Braintree, in order to process your payment. These two exceptions are completely normal and necessary for any transaction to take place on any website where a physical product is being sold.
You have the right to opt-out of sharing. We plan on holding your information (account info) until the end of days. You have the right to delete your account with us. Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please contact help @faberiapt.com to request return instructions. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Garments and wearbles items must be unworn and unwashed. All other items must be unopened, unplayed, unassembled, and in new condition. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email. Be aware that due to the extreme limited-edition nature of our products, exchanges are possible but not guaranteed.
Refund Policy
We strive to have 100% satisfaction with all of our customers. If there is an issue with your order or your product, email us at help @faberiapt.com and we will do our best to make it right. We appreciate our customers and will work with you to be sure you are satisfied with our product.
If you receive an item that is defective/damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, please reach out immediately for assistance. We will do our best to replace or refund the item(s) depending on product availability.
Limited Edition Item Policy
We reserve the right to restrict the quantity of limited edition items available per mailing address. Orders that exceed normal individual quantities may be cancelled.
